We are a local non-profit organization determined to build and inspire a community of compassion and support. We seek a dynamic, caring, and creative person to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator caring for children aged 3-5 in our licensed facility.
This is a contracted, permanent full-time position at our Colwood location, working a split shift Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 12:00 pm and 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, for 37.5 hours a week.
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
The requirements for this role are:
- A Valid BC Early Childhood Educator License to practice is required
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR level ‘C’ is required
- Infant and Toddler or Special Needs Certification would be considered an asset.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination (minimum two doses)
Salary & Benefits:
The pay rate for this position is $29.00 per hour (Inclusive of $6.00 wage enhancement), with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
