We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Child Care Manager to lead our medium-sized child care center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations. The Child Care Manager will also maintain a safe and nurturing environment and build strong relationships with parents and families.
Qualifications:
Basic ECE
Additional Qualifications:
* Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate or Diploma
* Current First Aid and CPR certification
*Criminial record check will be required

Required Experience:
*Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a child care setting
*Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*knowledge of child development and early childhood education curriculum
Salary & Benefits:

Annual salary from $55000 to $60000.
Additional Information:
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Montessori education, excellent management skills, and outstanding communication abilities.
Preferably holding a Montessori certification (AMI or AMS). Experience in teaching or management within a Montessori environment. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
